RKI is the leading implementing agency to operationalize Resilient Kerala Program for Results (PforR), by coordinating, facilitating and driving policy shifts, institutional renewal and investment required for a resilient rebuilding of Kerala. The PforR determines be the appropriate financing instrument for translating the policy actions and institutional shifts with enhanced capacities, real expenditures, and verifiable results on the ground. It provides financing-linked incentives for a range of stakeholders at all levels to converge on an integrated and multisectoral resilience framework and platform, toward achieving an agreed set of results across the four districts of the Pamba River Basin of the State viz, Idukki, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, and Alappuzha.
The PforR program ascertains to ensure a sustainable recovery from natural disasters and disease outbreaks through a concerted effort with focus on public institutions, sectoral plans, social protection, and infrastructure investments across sectors of Disaster Management, Fiscal, Urban, Health, Water Resource Management, Agriculture and Roads.
